Job Summary/Basic Functions

Big E Central (BEC) is hiring Sr. Peer Consultants to begin Fall 2025. The BEC Sr. Peer Consultant will work collaboratively with the BEC Staff, Financial Aid,
Student Accounting, and Registrar to provide comprehensive student services via phone, email, and walk-ins. The BEC Sr. Peer Consultants will also be asked to provide intake assistance and customer service to ensure the efficiency of office operations.
Confidentiality, attention to detail, computer skills, dependability, and compliance with applicable laws & policies are crucial to success in this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled at EKU

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Written and verbal communications skills
  • Reliability

Job Duties:

  • 50% - Assist with telephone operations - (Essential)
  • 25% - Assist with front-desk reception - (Essential)
  • 25% - Other office duties as assigned - (Essential)
