Job Summary/Basic Functions

Assist the head women's soccer coach in the administration of a Division I Intercollegiate women's soccer program that complies with all University, ASUN and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations to include but not limited to coaching, recruiting, monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes, interactions with parents and other constituents, involvement with camps/clinics/fundraisers/public appearances and other duties as assigned by the head women's soccer coach, sport administrator and/or the Director of Athletics.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: One year of previous related experience is required. Must have experience teaching and developing sport specific skills and strategies. Experience as a soccer student-athlete is preferred.

  • 30% - Implementation of practice plans and strategies - (Essential)
  • 25% - Recruitment of student-athletes - (Essential)
  • 20% - General administrative duties - (Essential)
  • 10% - Manage team equipment - (Essential)
  • 5% - Game day operations - (Essential)
  • 5% - Compliance - (Essential)
  • 5% - Other duties as assigned by the sport administrator, Director of Athletics and/or Head Women's Soccer Coach. - (Essential)

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
