Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Associate Director of Recruitment is a key leadership position responsible for driving strategic marketing efforts, overseeing mass communications, and optimizing the use of Slate CRM to enhance undergraduate recruitment outcomes. This role manages a designated recruitment territory covering both in-state and out-of-state regions, with a strong emphasis on strategic outreach and data-informed decision-making.
In the absence of the Assistant Director, the Associate Director will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency. A central focus of this role is leading and evaluating large-scale recruitment initiatives, determining when and where to scale successful strategies, and piloting innovative recruitment practices to meet institutional goals.
Additionally, the Associate Director will support recruitment efforts for our Regional Campuses which include Manchester and Corbin. This position will ensure clarity, accuracy, and timeliness in outreach to prospective students for all 3 of our campuses.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree with a Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of higher education experience. Admissions recruitment experience preferred.
