Additional Schedule Details: The program Associate will work on specific events and programs for CIEGE.

Posted Salary Grade: Minimum $8.00/hour

Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Program Associate works under the direction of CIEGE staff, including but not limited to the Director, Associate Director, and the Coordinator. The primary responsibilities for this role consist of setting up new program memberships for signature programs and planning and setting up other CIEGE events. This role requires excellent communication, people, and computer skills. This role ensures that communication with members is current; for example, recruiting student facilitators for programs, etc. This role is also responsible for assisting with front desk support, helping students with questions about programs, services, and use of the facility. The role may include special projects as assigned by the CIEGE staff. CIEGE is committed to building a welcoming environment for EKU.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Must be enrolled at EKU

Job Duties:

  • Assist CIEGE professional team to develop programs
  • Support CIEGE programs and events such as: customer service support, program and event check-ins, and assist visitors/participants
  • Must be able to be at the Center and/or campus to support programs/events
  • Assist with developing pre/post evaluations
  • Reviews, and segregates check-in/attendance data for program/event via SLATE, and ENGAGE.
  • Post events on social media platforms, ENGAGE, and Communication Today outlets,
  • Check ENGAGE for registration numbers
  • Create social media content via CANVA or other relevant social media to post for CIEGE events/programs as appropriate
  • Capture videos, photos, and develop reels for IG and other social media content
  • Maintains program bin, and storage area
  • Attend monthly team meeting
  • Other duties as assigned
