Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Community Tennis Coordinator develops and implements Tennis Center programming for members and guests which ensures that all adult and children service initiatives for private individuals and groups are met, and the customer base is retained. This position also responds to guest and member inquires and complaints regarding service ensuring the customers are satisfied as well as reviewing and addressing issues ensuring the Tennis Center meets EKU standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years tennis teaching experience.
Experience of coaching both adult and juniors.
Experience of organizing and running junior and adult tennis programs.

Job Duties:

• 50% - Develops and implements programming for members and guests which ensures that all adult and children service initiatives for private individuals and groups are met, and the customer base is retained. - (Essential)
• 45% - Responds to guest and member inquires and complaints regarding service ensuring the customers are satisfied as well as reviewing and addressing issues ensuring the tennis center meets EKU standards. - (Essential)
• 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
