Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and facilitating curriculum for First-Year Courses. Duties include collaborating with various departments in scheduling in-class and extracurricular learning experiences for students in First-Year Courses. Additional duties include organization of FYC events and activities, assistance with student support and intervention, instructor support and follow up, assisting the Director and Assistant Director, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Minimum Education Details: Master's degree in college student personnel administration, higher education administration, an academic discipline, or related area is required.
Experience: One year of related work experience is required, including experience with the first-year experience or in a college or university setting with a diverse student population.
