Additional Schedule Details: Shifts will typically be 3-4 hours in length, between 8am and 8pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am and 5pm on Friday.
Posted Salary Grade: $9.25/hour minimum

Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Customer Service Attendant serves the department of Campus Recreation under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Memberships and Outreach. Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:
• Handle and process all transactions for the Student Recreation Center, including memberships and locker sales
• Assist patrons with program registration
• Provide excellent customer service, acting as the central location for all inquiries and concerns
• Knowledgeable in various aspects of Fusion, Campus Recreation's internal system (applicants will receive training upon being hired)
• Create ID cards for patrons in order to access the facility
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the conclusion of each shift
• Familiarity with Campus Recreation programs, services, and offerings (applicants will receive training upon being hired)
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Must be enrolled at EKU
Preferred Qualifications:
Applicants need to be a full-time student at EKU or in their graduating semester.
Exceptional customer service and sales experience is preferred.
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
