Title: CW Prep Coordinator

Schedule Type:  Part Time, No Benefits (less than 20 hrs per week)

Hours Per Week: Variable: up to 10hr/week depending on need and eligibility.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

This part-time staff position will be responsible for coordination of the Child Welfare Preparation program in the Department of Social Work at EKU. The coordinator will cover recruitment, program admission and orientation, and support of students in the program.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: The Coordinator must have a Master's in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program.

Experience: The Coordinator must have at least three years experience working with Protection & Permanency in the Department for Community-Based Services in Kentucky.

Preferred Qualifications:

The Coordinator should be able to teach the two required CW Prep courses.

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
