Job Summary/Basic Functions

The WEKU Digital Marketing Coordinator is a member of WEKU's Corporate & Community Support team. This position will help the C&CS team achieve revenue goals and advance WEKU's overall mission of delivering trusted and indispensable news, information and entertainment audio programs that contain diverse and thought-provoking content which contributes to lifelong learning. Additionally, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist with implementing the C&CS program's inbound marketing plan using digital marketing, marketing automation and other digital media strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: One year of digital marketing experience is required.Experience with automated email marketing, HubSpot or other CRM systems, SEO, and communications design is preferred.

Licensure & Certifications: Must have valid state driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Job Duties:

  • 30% - Attract, research, and identify qualified sponsorship leads. Capture and manage prospect and client data through HubSpot or other CRM. - ()
  • 25% - Execute inbound marketing email workflows and nurture campaigns through HubSpot and/or other software applications. - ()
  • 20% - Develop and build visually engaging and on-brand content that can be used as part of marketing campaigns and regular social-media engagement efforts. - ()
  • 10% - Meet with Director of Corporate & Community Support regularly to learn other aspects of the Corporate & Community Support program with a goal of adding additional responsibilities. - ()
  • 10% - Participate in professional development opportunities necessary to stay on top of digital marketing trends. Pull monthly metrics report and provide analysis and recommendations to the Director. - ()
  • 5% - Supports department functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
