Job Summary/Basic Functions
The eLearning Specialist works in conjunction with staff from the contracting state agency, TRC staff and relevant stakeholders to develop and design eLearning modules/courses, multimedia presentations, and computer-assisted learning systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Experience: Two years of related experience required.
Licensure & Certifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Desirable proficiencies in LMS platforms such as Moodle, Graphic Design, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Visual Studio, Captivate, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office. Audio/Video Production, Audio/Video Editing Software (Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc),

Special Instructions: The Training Resource Center (TRC) provides Administrative and Training Support Services to the Department for Community Based Services. The funding is in whole or part from federal, CHFS or other state funds and subject to annual renewal. This is a contract EKU position based in Richmond. This position may be considered for full time remote or hybrid work arrangements.
