Job Summary/Basic Functions

As a golf cart attendant at a country club, your main responsibility is to assist club members and guests with their golfing needs. This includes preparing golf carts and ensuring they are clean and in good condition.


Here are some of the specific duties and responsibilities you may have as a golf cart attendant at a country club:


1. Greet golfers and provide excellent customer service: When golfers arrive at the club, you will be one of the first people they encounter. It's important to greet them warmly, answer any questions they have, and make sure they have everything they need to enjoy their round of golf.
2. Prepare golf carts: Before each round of golf, you will need to prepare golf carts by cleaning them, checking their batteries, and ensuring they are in good working condition.
3. Maintain golf course equipment: You may be responsible for maintaining and cleaning golf course equipment, such as golf clubs, golf balls, and driving range.
4. Manage inventory: You may need to keep track of inventory levels of range balls and towels for golfers.
5. Assist with events and tournaments: Country clubs often host golf tournaments and events. You may be responsible for setting up equipment, providing assistance to golfers, and helping to ensure that the event runs smoothly.
Overall, your main goal as a golf cart attendant at a country club is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that golfers have an enjoyable experience on the course.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred qualifications include possession of a current, full and unrestricted license in good standing.
