Job Summary/Basic Functions
The primary focus of this position will be on e-Presence use and monitoring e-Presence courses locally for assistance as needed by the students, instructors, and SJS Regional Campuses’ Coordinator.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to:
-Organizing student information such as communications, declarations of major forms, student organization information, and other information regarding student academic development like registration, email account, and DegreeWorks.
-Ordering office items as needed for program use and development.
-Working with the Microsoft Office Suite to develop or modify information for program use and development (flyers for events, signup forms, etc.)
-Delivering food items to, and setting up spaces for, events at the local campus or site.
-Offering general assistance to students at the site.
-Taking and transmitting photographs from events to the Coordinator for CJRegional website.
-Receiving and transmitting messages for RCSJS faculty and staff.
-Working at on-site events such as Open Houses and Information Sessions.
Education: College Degree preferred, but not required.
Experience: 1 year of related experience
