Job Summary/Basic Functions
The Residence Hall Coordinators serve as vital contributors to the operations and management of a comprehensive housing program with primary duties situated in one residence hall of 120 – 600 residents, some of which house living learning communities.
This position is responsible for implementing our residential curriculum that focuses on providing growth, enhancing perspective, and building community. In addition, RHCs lead departmental committees to continue to improve our processes and residential experience.
Each RHC is responsible for the selection and supervision of student staff members. Residence Hall Coordinators are required to live in their provided on-campus apartment.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s preferred in Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling, or related field.
Experience: One year of successful residence life experience.
