Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director position provides graphic design support to the department and to the university as a whole, with a focus on recruitment, retention, general promotion and fundraising efforts.Duties will include design of print and digital collateral to include annual reports, an extensive array of admissions materials, a bi-annual alumni magazine, information design, signage and way finding, apparel design, web and electronic graphics and more. The AD will assist other members of the team in developing, maintaining and enforcing brand standards both internally with campus clients and externally, through vendors and licensees, providing guidance and support as necessary. The incumbent will balance multiple projects and timelines, and must be nimble in switching gears as priorities change. The AD will review and guide the work of junior-level designer(s) and contractors.
