Job Summary/Basic Functions

Duties include but are not limited to performing clerical work, assisting with scanning blueprints and archives concerning projects, and working with Associate and Assistant Director(s) coordinating records retention standards projects. Other duties may be assigned as needed throughout the school year. The ideal candidate would be from the construction management program if possible, however all applicants will be reviewed, reliable, responsible, possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PDF, Email, etc.), copier and plotter. Ability to read/understand blueprints, they should also have basic surveying skills, AutoCAD skills, and be able to do in field measurements and be prepared to work in all weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Must be enrolled at EKU.

Licensure & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PDF, Email, etc), copier and plotter. Ability to read/understand blueprints, they should also have basic surveying skills, AutoCAD skills, and be able to do in field measurements and be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
