Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Executive Director of Recruitment Success at EKU will lead and innovate in student recruitment and admissions strategies that align with EKU's vision of excellence and its mission as the School of Opportunity. The role demands a forward-thinking individual who can integrate EKU's strategic priorities of knowledge, innovation, and transformation into the recruitment process to attract and retain a diverse and talented student body.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree is required

Experience: Five years of progressively responsible leadership, management, and/or administration experience in Admissions or Enrollment Management is required.
Prefer experience in higher education, recruiting, student services or related field.

Job Duties:

  • 30% - Strategic Enrollment Leadership: Develop and implement dynamic recruitment and admission strategies that reflect EKU's commitment to knowledge, innovation, and transformation. This includes utilizing vendors to execute a successful student search and recruitment framework for current and future enrollment success. - (Essential)
  • 30% - Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of enrollment professionals, fostering an environment of professional growth, inclusivity, and excellence. Offices to include Admissions, Student Experience, and Special Populations, and Transfer and Adult Services. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and community partners, to enhance recruitment efforts and community engagement. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and technology to inform and refine recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with EKU's goals and values. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Community and Regional Outreach (10%): Engage with local and regional communities to establish EKU as a leader in education and community development. - (Essential)
