Job Summary/Basic Functions

Evening shift (Mon - Thurs, 5-9) only. Provides office management to the entire department by facilitating e-presence classes; providing faculty and student support; providing customer service to visitors; managing mail, inventory records, files, admission applications and transfer information. Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Duties:
