Job Summary/Basic Functions

Assist the head women's soccer coach in the administration of a Division I Intercollegiate women's soccer program that complies with all University, conference and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations to include but not limited to coaching, recruiting, monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes, interactions with parents and other constituents, involvement with camps/clinics/fundraisers/public appearances and other duties as assigned by the head women's soccer coach, sport administrator and/or the Director of Athletics.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: One year of previous related experience is required. Must have experience teaching and developing sport specific skills and strategies. Experience as a soccer student-athlete is preferred.

Job Duties:

  • 30% - Implementation of practice plans and strategies. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Recruitment of student athletes. - (Essential)
  • 20% - General admin duties. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Manage team equipment. - (Essential)
  • 5% - Other duties as assigned by the sport administrator, Director of Athletics and/or Head Women's Soccer Coach. - (Essential)
