Job Summary/Basic Functions

Colonel Card Services is the first face-to-face interaction many patrons have with the university. A Card Services Associate will deliver exceptional front-line customer service to a diverse client base, including students, faculty, administrators, and university contractors.

The Card Services Associate will reflect high standards and professionalism associated with EKU while upholding office and patron privacy protocols.

Minimum Qualifications

  •  Applicants must be a student enrolled at EKU.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Applicants should exhibit excellent communication skills and the discretion to uphold applicable university protocols and confidentiality obligations. Previous experience in a professional office or customer service environment is preferred.

Job Duties:

  • 75% - Print replacement ID cards for patrons - (Essential)
  • 20% - Answer any questions from visiting patrons - (Essential)
  • 5% - Keep the office organized and update virtual files as needed. - (Marginal)
