Job Summary/Basic Functions

This position will assist the current Bratzke Student-Athlete Academic Success Center staff with monitoring study hall, managing daily traffic for tutoring for student-athletes, managing front desk operations and other general office duties. This position may also assist in events for the center.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in customer service setting. Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be a full-time student.
• Demonstrated interest in students and education.
• Experience working with large volume of students.
• Experience working with a diverse population within education or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic office techniques.
• Knowledge of basic customer service techniques.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Assertive and positive energy desired.
• Experience with Microsoft office, Excel, Google, running reports, Canva, Canvas.
• Desire to work in student-athlete advising center.
