Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Development and Alumni Engagement Student Liaison will carry out daily administrative duties of the division, provide customer service to alumni, donors, students, and potential future colonels, and work closely with the Development and Alumni Engagement team as well as the Student Alumni Ambassador Advisor's to plan, organize, promote, execute, and follow-up all alumni and philanthropic events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled at EKU

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexible Schedule

Job Duties:

  • Daily administrative duties - answering/returning telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors, checking mail and voicemails, on campus errands, assisting Alumni Engagement staff members - (Essential)
  • Event planning - gathering, preparing, and organizing event materials, event set-up, event clean-up - (Essential)
  • Maintaining office organization, purging, and conducting inventory of promotional items - (Essential)
