Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Department of PG&A is seeking student workers to assist with the identification, labeling, and cataloging of our fossil collection. This position offers hands-on experience working with specimens and contributes to the preservation and organization of an important teaching, research, and outreach resource. Responsibilities include identifying fossils under faculty guidance, labeling and recording the fossils, and cataloging the specimens. Students majoring in geology and able to demonstrate knowledge in paleontology are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: 

• Must be enrolled at EKU
• This position is open to undergraduate students majoring in Geology.
