Job Summary/Basic Functions

The halftime MFA Graduate Assistant performs a vital role in the promotional aspects of the MFA program while also assisting in data collection and editing important to the program's continued success. 

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications: Must be enrolled at EKU

Preferred Qualifications:

Design and people skills highly desired, as well as experience with the following programs/platforms:
Canva
Canvas
FaceBook
Instagram
Threads

Job Duties:

  • 25% - Develop promotional material - (Essential)
  • 25% - Oversee content and maintains social media sites for the MFA program - (Essential)
  • 25% - Assist with official MFA program events (e.g. graduate fair, open mic, etc) - (Essential)
  • 25% - Engage in program research and Jelly Bucket editing as needed - (Essential)
