Posted Salary Grade: Minimum $8.00 per hour

Job Summary/Basic Functions

As a Student Housing Representative, you will be responsible for various tasks related to managing student housing facilities and providing excellent customer service to residents. Your primary duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at EKU
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Job Duties:

• 50%% - Serve as the first point of contact for residents regarding housing-related inquiries, issues, and requests, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. (Answering Phone Calls and in person contact) - (Essential)
• 20%% - Providing administrative support to the housing management team, including photocopying documents, filing paperwork, and data entry tasks. - (Essential)
• 20%% - Fulfilling various errands such as picking up and delivering items on campus as needed. - (Essential)
• 10%% - Various task as they arise. Willingness to perform other duties as assigned. - (Essential)
