Preferred Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A genuine interest in supporting and advocating for the needs of students, faculty, and staff.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • 25% -  Space Support & Hospitality: Act as a welcoming face for the Noel Studio. Ensure a warm, inviting space for faculty and staff by guiding visitors to resources and providing basic assistance. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Event Coordination: Help organize, market, and get hands-on experience with the setup and logistics of faculty development workshops and special campus events. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Marketing & Communications: Build a professional portfolio by developing social media content, newsletters, and promotional materials. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Research & Special Projects: Support active research projects or other projects/events within academic affairs. - (Essential)
