Job Summary/Basic Functions

The student program assistant supports the ICCA School of Communication in day-to-day office work and data processing as well as creating and distributing promotional materials about ICCA events, courses, and other opportunities. Applicants for this position must have established graphic design skills in addition to experience working with Canva and/or Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. The front office worker will report directly to the SoC program specialist and director, but may occasionally be tasked with assisting faculty with projects.

Job Duties:

  • 50% - Assist program specialist and director with day-to-day operations - (Essential)
  • 25% - Create and distribute flyers, posters and promotional materials for SoC - (Essential)
  • 25% - Assist program specialist with data entry on ICCA projects - (Essential)
