Job Summary/Basic Functions

A country club server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests of the club. This may include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. Country club servers should have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. They should also be able to work well in a team environment and have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Server Duties include:

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Taking orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system
  • Recommending menu items and answering questions about the menu
  • Serving food and drinks in a timely and attentive manner
  • Checking on guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
  • Handling payment transactions and closing out checks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Assisting with setup and breakdown of events
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Serving experience recommended, but not required

Job Duties:
