Job Summary/Basic Functions

The incumbent provides support to the University Training Consortium (UTC) in processing and monitoring vendor agreements and sub-awards, providing customer service, and support in other administrative areas while ensuring quality services have been provided.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university.

Experience: Three years of professional experience in contracts or related field.

Job Duties:

• 60% - Prepare, process, monitor and track sub-awards and agreements - (Essential)
• 30% - Collect, maintain and report subcontract compliance data - (Essential)
• 10% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
