Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Director of Business Operations will assist the Senior Associate AD/CFO in the following areas:
-Monthly Reconciliation
-Procard US Bank Allocation
-Expense Reports
-Tennis Center Accountant
-Journal Entries
-Jaggaer requisitions, purchase orders, and receivers.
-Other duties as assigned by the Athletics CFO and Director of Athletics.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree.

Experience: Two years of experience working in a NCAA Division 1 Athletics Business Office

Job Duties:

• 40% - Payment of Bills through Jaggaer procurement system. - ()
• 20% - Input all team and recruiting travel - ()
• 15% - US Bank allocation of receipts to correct organization codes - ()
• 5% - Administrative and other duties as assigned - ()
• 20% - Tennis Center Accountant - (Essential)
