Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Baseball Coach will assist the head coach in the administration of a Division I intercollegiate baseball program that complies with the mission, guidelines, rules and regulations of the University, the ASUN, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). More specifically, this person is responsible for, but not limited to implementing strategies for team and player development, on and off campus recruiting activities, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, interacting with internal and external constituents, administration of camps/clinics, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics, sport administrator and/or head coach.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree is required

Experience: 3 years of experience coaching at the NCAA Division I level or equivalent coaching at another level is required
