Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Systems & Processing Official serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective students and families to the office and facilitates the admissions process. This position is also a member of the systems processing team which is responsible for data entry and the dissemination of admissions documents, maintaining data integrity, and the upkeep of Slate CRM.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university.

Experience: One year of previous directly related experience required.

Job Duties:

• 30% - Assesses all undergraduate admission files for completion of Pre-College curriculum, Kentucky Council on Post-secondary Education (CPE) Admission Standards, EKU Admission Standards, Program-specific admission standards, and makes informed and accurate adm - ()
• 30% - Verify data submitted through online admissions systems to ensure data integrity and provide prompt error resolution. - ()
• 20% - Maintain accurate university admission records by uploading documents into various university electronic records systems and purging documents from university files in accordance to university, state, and federal records retention guidelines. - ()
• 10% - Attracts potential students by answering inquiries regarding academic programs and resources; provides advice to students and their families regarding admissions and/or records and registration process and eligibility; analyzes and interprets information - ()
• 10% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()
