Job Summary/Basic Functions

Provide high level administration and professional support services for all activities of the program, direct executive assistance to program leaders, and oversee program needs. Services provided include written communications, meeting and resource management, data management and analysis, scheduling, organization, and coordination of activities across departments within EKU to ensure a positive employee experience and seamless service.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree is required

Experience: One year of responsible clerical, customer services, and secretarial and/or administrative support is required.

Job Duties:

  • 30% - Communicate with internal and external customers and management to exchange information, resolve issues or concerns, and coordinate activities. - ()
  • 5% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned - ()
  • 5% - Event planning - (Essential)
  • 10% - Administrative support with student admissions and readmissions - (Essential)
  • 15% - Administrative support utilizing programs such as Word, Excel, Qualtrics, Slate - (Essential)
  • 15% - Administrative support with monitoring of student information and program requirements - (Essential)
  • 15% - Administrative support with examination platforms utilized by the department - (Essential)
  • 5% - Administrative support with administration of departmental course evaluations - (Essential)
