Job Summary/Basic Functions
The student worker will assist faculty in the Department of Enviromental & Public Health, Administration, and Medical Sciences (EPHAMS) with the implementation of a community health assessment and improvement planning process resulting in the development of a community health assessment document for local communities across Kentucky. Primary responsibilities will include (1) collecting, analyzing, reporting and presenting primary and secondary health data, and (2) assisting faculty with facilitation of virtual and in person community meetings and forums.
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Master level student in the EKU Master of Public Health program or related program is preferred, but bachelor's level student will be considered. Familiarity with community health assessment and improvement planning frameworks such as MAPP. Excellent written and oral health communication skills.
