Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Housing Representative for the Housing Office will play a crucial role in providing front desk customer service and administrative support to the Housing Office. This position involves interacting with students, staff, and visitors, handling inquiries, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications: Must be enrolled at EKU

 

Job Duties:

  • Front Desk Customer Service: o Serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors. o Answer general questions and provide information about housing services. o Collect and process various forms and documents. - (Essential)
  • Phone Management: o Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. o Address phone inquiries and provide accurate information. - (Essential)
  • Run errands as needed to support office operations. o Process incoming and outgoing mail, including flyers and packages. o Distribute supplies and maintain inventory. ALL other duties as assigned. - (Essential)

Special Instructions: Please provide a copy of your schedule. Part of this position's availability must be Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm this position will work 20 hours but must be able to work these hours within that 20.
