Job Summary/Basic Functions

Provides excellent customer service and support to the department through coordination, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, responding to emails, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, and providing information to others in order to maintain an efficient professional office.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at EKU

Job Duties:

• 50% - Provides front-line office support to the department - (Essential)
• 30% - Provides excellent customer service in support of department goals. - (Essential)
• 20% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)
