Job Summary/Basic Functions

EKU Corbin is seeking to hire a student employee to provide office support. The job duties will include but not limited to, EP classroom facilitation, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, making copies, research, special projects, and assignments as needed. Preference will be given to someone who can work up to 20 hours per week and whose class schedule allows for availability during campus hours. Candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at Eastern Kentucky University.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preference given to those whose primary coursework is based at the Corbin campus.
• Candidates should be in good academic standing and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently while upholding confidentiality.
• Proficiency in common software tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite is expected, and familiarity with campus resources is preferred.
