Job Summary/Basic Functions

This position operates within The Office of the Registrar and is an integral part of assisting with office duties. The student worker will help maintain accurate records, process various forms and engage in projects that revolve around helping students. Applicants must be available to work during office hours 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Applicants must have an EKU GPA of 3.5.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure & Certifications: Must be enrolled at EKU

Preferred Qualifications:

This position requires a person who is organized, detail oriented and a good time manager. Self motivation, dependability, punctuality and success at meeting deadlines are necessary. People skills, computer literacy and effective verbal and written communication skills are desired.

Job Duties:

  • 90% - Filing, scanning, clerical work. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Assisting with graduation related tasks such as working Grad Fest and taking inventory of honor stoles. - (Essential)
