Job Summary/Basic Functions

A Mold Abatement Technician responds to requests or identified needs to clean/abate mold according to OSHA regulations and established procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: One year experience in similar position

Licensure & Certifications: Voluntary yearly certification in pool maintenance.

Job Duties:

• 60% - Mold Abatement – Walls, ceilings, pipes, fixtures, etc. - (Essential)
• 15% - Cleaning HVAC Air Coil Units - (Essential)
• 15% - Perform Miscellaneous Custodial, Pest Control and Pool Service Duties - (Essential)
• 10% - Maintain Supplies and Assist with Deliveries - (Essential)
