Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies increasing membership utilization of club events, amenities, and services. Maintain member communications through newsletters, e-blasts, social media, and club website. Externally market the club for potential new members. Oversees the Food and Beverage operation of the University Club at Arlington. Reports to the Chief Auxiliary Services Officer and Conferencing and Events.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required.

Experience: Minimum 2 years sales and marketing experience in club, resort, or hospitality industry, preferably related to private clubs.

  • 30% - Effectively develop, plan, and market The University Club at Arlington and member events increasing overall membership growth and member utilization of club services and amenities. - ()

  • 20% - Coordinates Non-Member Event Logistics - ()
  • 20% - Continues frequent member communications and ensures the effective operations of Conferencing & Events by completing other duties as assigned - ()
