Job Summary/Basic Functions

The full-time substitute teacher will serve in the role of a regular teacher and may work in one classroom long-term due to the absence of a teacher on leave or float to various classrooms, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Experience: Successful classroom teaching experience is required.

Licensure & Certifications: Bachelor's degree or above with Kentucky teacher certification

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Job Duties:

  • 80% - Position will design and implement innovative and research-based instruction for Model Lab students, and provide preservicing for P-12 teachers. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Supervision of students - (Essential)
  • 10% - Completion of training and professional development requirements. - (Essential)
